In order to maximize the effectiveness of all departments while maintaining the design integrity of Arizona Christian University, the Marketing and Communications Department has developed a comprehensive process to manage all internal requests. It is mandatory that any and all requests for digital design and print communications, website edits, and external communication be made by submitting a request form. Any requests that are received through communications other than these forms will not be worked on. If you have any questions or are unsure of which form to submit, please email [email protected]
Need design work to promote something? The Design Request Form is to be used when requesting the promotion of projects and/or events that require a graphic design to produce digital and/or print marketing materials. These marketing materials include, but are not limited to, flyers, postcards, banners, social media graphics, website graphics, etc.
Need merch? The Apparel Request Form is to be used when requesting an apparel design. Fill out the form in detail about your event and any ideas you may have regarding the design, then we will walk through the process with you to make your idea come to life.
Need photos taken? The Photography Request Form is to be used when requesting photos be taken for various needs. These needs can be, but are not limited to, staff photos, special event photos, athletic photos, etc.
Social Media Account Request
Need a social media account? The Social Media Account Request is for teams, clubs, groups, departments, etc. on campus to make an ACU certified social media account.
Website Edit Request
Need something done to the website? The Website Request Form is to be used when requesting non-design edits or additions to the Arizona Christian University website. These edits and/or additions include, but are not limited to, updating text on existing pages, uploading documents and/or links, online event registration forms, etc.
