Request an Unofficial Transcript

An unofficial transcript is an uncertified copy of the student’s academic record, which includes all courses taken and grades received for a specific program at ACU. Students can print their own unofficial transcripts from their Populi account. Former students who do not have access to their Populi account can request unofficial transcripts from the Office of the Registrar.

• Current students may download unofficial transcripts through their Populi account by going to the Student tab and choosing Export Transcript under Transcript Actions.
• Students without access to their Populi account may fill out the electronic transcript request form below and choose the Unofficial Transcript option in the Delivery Method.

According to the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), the Office of the Registrar must have written permission to release a student’s transcripts. No transcripts, whether official or unofficial, will be sent from the Office of the Registrar unless requested through this webpage. Students must fill out a new transcript request for each set of transcripts sent.

• When completing the request, please verify that the Recipient’s address and/or email was entered correctly. The Office of the Registrar cannot be responsible for delivery errors due to inaccurate information reported on the form.
• There is no fee for unofficial transcripts. 
• Transcript requests are processed within 3 to 7 business days of receipt of the request.
