When Daniel Stanton (2011) graduated from ACU, he felt a call to utilize his life experiences and new degree in Behavioral Health to do something that had never been done before.

He founded and now leads G Road, an after school program in central Phoenix that supports at-risk young people on their road to adulthood through creative programming and intentional relationships. Daniel grew up in circumstances that led to him benefiting tremendously from community programs like G Road. Those experiences, along with his spiritual and academic training at ACU, inspired him to start G Road in his dorm room during his senior year at ACU.

Today, Daniel and the team at G Road host after-school programs in gardening and sustainability, media arts, design and illustration, and creative writing and communication for at-risk youth in the Phoenix area.
