Calvary Chapel Bible College Equivalency Credit

ACU Credit Policy 2023-2024

The university has a signed MOU with Calvary Chapel Bible College (CCBC) to transfer in courses from CCBC on a limited basis. ACU acknowledges that CCBC is currently a candidate for institutional accreditation, but it is also an institution that aligns with ACU’s mission and statement of faith. It is the responsibility of the student to determine if such transfer courses will be acceptable for graduate programs or any other post-baccalaureate programs to which the student intends to apply.

Below is the course mapping for courses that are approved to transfer in for ACU courses from Calvary Chapel Bible College. Please note that any courses not on this list will be transferred in as general electives.

Transfer Credit

All credits earned at CCBC will be deemed transferable to ACU and will be evaluated according to published ACU transfer guidelines and the major selected by the student. ACU agrees to accept CCBC transfer credits toward lower division general education, Bible minor, and humanities courses, regardless of the major chosen (including Biblical Studies and Christian Ministries majors). Courses specified below will be applied on a course-by-course basis.
