The B.S in Business Administration – Management program is designed for individuals who desire to manage and lead others in the world of business from a Christian perspective. The program features a focus on educating professional managers that can lead any type of organization and learn how to transform business culture with biblical truth. An education in management prepares you with the relational, systems, strategic, and ethical knowledge and skills needed to build and oversee an effective business team and organization.

Dr. Clavell began his professional career as a metal craftsman and entrepreneur in New York City. Upon moving to Arizona, he continued his entrepreneurial ventures, as owner-operator of Jessco Industries and production manager of Heritage Metalworks, along the way he transitioned into church ministry and academics.
