Admissions Requirements

Note: These requirements are for transfer college students

  • The student must be an evangelical believer in the Christian faith – this will be articulated in the personal essay of the application. You will describe your relationship with Christ and discuss your spiritual growth.
  • The student must have a cumulative 2.5 college GPA.

How to Apply

1. Complete and submit your application for admission which includes questions about your relationship with Jesus.

2. Submit Official Transcripts
Submit an official transcript from every school you have attended since high school to ACU. Contact your schools to have them email your official transcript to [email protected] *preferred method OR have them mail official transcripts to the address below:

3. Send your score to ACU directly from the ACT website or the College Board website for SAT.

4. Once your application has been submitted, your Admissions Recruiter will contact you to discuss your next steps.

Frequently Asked Questions

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT CREDITS WILL TRANSFER?

Send your unofficial and official transcripts to [email protected] as soon as possible. Our records team will evaluate your transcript to transfer in all applicable credits. Your admissions representative will let you know when your transcript evaluation is complete.

HOW DO I PROVIDE MY OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS FROM ANOTHER COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY?

Contact every school you have attended since high school to request your official transcript be sent to [email protected] (this is the preferred method). If you have to mail your transcript, send it to this address:

IS THE FREE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL STUDENT AID (FAFSA) REQUIRED?

Yes, this application determines your eligibility for federal grants and loans as well as need-based institutional aid. Be sure to list ACU (code 007113) on the FAFSA when prompted. Call 1-800-433-3243 for FAFSA assistance.
